How Counselling Can Help -

We all experience moments where we feel stuck, unsure of how to break free from repeating patterns or ongoing struggles. My clients come to me wanting to explore these challenges, gain insight, and take meaningful steps toward change. I work with an array of different needs, working with adults to provide relief from issues such as anxiety and depression, relational issues, trauma, abuse, grief and loss, burnout and work based stress and social anxiety. I have lived experience and also work with and welcome clients exploring racial identity and LGBTQIA+ topics.

About counselling with Leila -
I have a busy online practice with national coverage using Zoom video conferencing.
I work in an integrative way, which means that I work in a bespoke, holistic manner, using the modalities and theories that fit with your needs.
We may make links to the past, looking at how this affects patterns and behaviour today, as it is the here and now that I find beneficial to create real, lasting change.

My therapeutic approach is warm, open, and deeply relational. I believe in showing up as my authentic self, fostering a genuine connection built on trust and transparency. The relationship between therapist and client is at the core of the work, and creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and comfortable is my priority.

Experience -

I work as a therapist with Talk to the Rainbow with LGBTQIA+ individuals and have worked with Bristol Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have experience providing counselling to hospital staff within the NHS, offering support in navigating the unique challenges of their roles.
